甘草锌颗粒辅治幼儿病毒性肠炎疗效观察

The clinical effect of licorice zinc particles assist in treatment of children with viral enteritis

目的观察甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗幼儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法将54例幼儿病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为试验组和对照组各27例,对照组采用常规方法治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上加服甘草锌颗粒,比较2组患儿的退热时间、止泻时间及住院时间及总有效率等临床指标。结果试验组患儿的退热时间、止泻时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组总有效率88.9%高于对照组的70.4%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗幼儿病毒性肠炎,可有效控制症状,缩短病程,提高临床治疗的有效率,且无不良反应,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of licorice zinc particles assist in treatment of children with viral enteritis. Methods 54 children with viral enteritis were randomly divided into into experimental group and control group,27 patients in each group,The control group was treated with routine treatment. On the basis of conventional therapy,the experimental group was treated with licorice zinc particles. The fever clearance time the stop fever time,antidiarrheal time,hospitalization time and clinical indicators of treatment efficiency of two groups would be compared. Results The fever clearance time the stop fever time,antidiarrheal time of experimental group were shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The treatment efficiency of experimental group( 88. 9%) was higher than that of control group A( 70. 4%),however,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Licorice zinc particles assist in treatment of children with viral enteritis,which can effectively control the symptoms and shorten the course of disease,improve clinical effectiveness,and no adverse reactions,worthy of wider promotion.
