阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效对比研究

Clinical efficacy comparision of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia

目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月徐州精神病院收治的首发精神分裂症患者80例,随机分为阿立哌唑组与利培酮组,各40例。阿立哌唑组患者给予口服阿立哌唑治疗,利培酮组患者给予口服利培酮治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分,并观察药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前后两组患者PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组患者PSP评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月阿立哌唑组PSP评分高于利培酮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阿立哌唑组患者胃肠道反应、困倦或嗜睡、肌强直与震颤发生率低于利培酮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者口干、体质量增加、皮疹及心电、肝功异常发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的临床疗效相当,但阿立哌唑可有效提升患者远期社会功能,且安全性更高。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 cases of first episode schizophrenia patients were selected from January 2014 to January2015 in the Xuzhou Mental Hospital,which were randomly divided into aripiprazole group and risperidone group,40 cases in each group. Aripiprazole group was given orally aripiprazole,risperidone groups was given oral risperidone,the PANSS scores of positive and negartive symptoms and PSP scores of personal and social functions before and after treatment between two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were observed. Results Before and after treatment,there was no difference of PANSS scores between two groups( P > 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no difference of PSP scores between two groups( P >0. 05); after 6 months treatment,PSP scores of aripiprazole group was higher than risperidone group,the difference was statistical significant( P < 0. 05); the aripiprazole group of incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,drowsiness or lethargy,rigidity and tremor were significantly lower than those of risperidone group,the differences were significant( P < 0. 05),there was no differences of the incidence of thirsty,weight gain or rash between two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Aripiprazole and risperidone have equivalent efficacy in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia,but aripiprazole can promote social function with long- term and safety is higher.
