龙胆泻肝汤联合性功能康复仪治疗早泄的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of longdanxiegan soup combined with sexual function rehabilitation instrument in treatment of premature ejaculation

目的观察龙胆泻肝汤联合性功能康复仪治疗早泄(PE)的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月-2015年12月收治的辨证为肝胆湿热型PE患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组口服舍曲林治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用龙胆泻肝汤、性功能康复仪治疗,观察治疗后的临床疗效、射精潜伏期(IELT)及CIPE-5评分。结果观察组总有效率为80.49%明显高于对照组的58.54%;治疗后2组患者IELT及CIPE-5评分均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤联合性功能康复仪治疗PE可有效延长射精潜伏期,改善患者的性功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of longdanxiegan soup combined with sexual function rehabilitation instrument in treatment of premature ejaculation( PE). Methods 82 cases of patients with PE( dampness-heat type)from January 2015 to December 2015 were studied,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 41 cases. Control group were treated with oral sertraline,observation group treated with longdanxiegan soup combined with sexual function rehabilitation instrument based on oral sertraline. After treatment,the clinical efficacy,latency of ejaculation( IELT) and CIPE-5 score were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation was 80. 49%significantly higher than 58. 54% in control group; After treatment,the IELT and CIPE-5 score in two groups was significantly increased,and that in observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was of statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion Longdanxiegan soup combined with sexual function rehabilitation instrument in the treatment of premature ejaculation can effectively prolong ejaculation latency and improve sexual function.
