激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿64例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of laser in treatment of diabetic macular edema: on 64 cases reports

目的观察激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的临床疗效。方法回顾2013年5月-2015年3月在该院行激光治疗DME患者64例98只眼临床资料,治疗3~6个月后复查荧光素眼底造影,光相干断层扫描(OCT)。结果水肿完全消退57只眼占58.2%,水肿好转28只眼占28.6%,水肿无效9只眼占9.2%,水肿加重4只眼占4.1%。视力提高68只眼占69.4%,视力稳定25只眼占25.5%,视力下降5只眼占5.1%。黄斑水肿补充激光2只眼占2.0%。结论激光治疗DME是一种安全、有效的方法,能有效控制DME进展,有助于视力的恢复,降低DME致盲的危险性。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laser in treatment of diabetic macular edema( DME). Methods Recalledfrom May 2013 to March 2015 in the hospital laser treatment for DME 98 eyes of 64 patients clinical data,3 to6 months after treatment,reviewed fundus fluorescein angiography,optical coherence tomography( OCT). Results Edema completely subsided 57 eyes,accounting for 58. 2%,edema improved 28 eyes,accounting for 28. 6%,edema invalid 9 eyes,accounting for 9. 2%,edema aggravated 4 eyes,accounting for 4. 1%. Visual acuity improved 68 eyes,accounting for 69. 4%,stable vision 25 eyes,accounting for 25. 5%,decreased visual acuity 5 eyes,accounting for 5. 1%. Additional laser macular edema2 eyes,accounting for 2. 0%. Conclusion Laser in treatment of DME is a safe,effective way to effectively control the DME,can progress to help restore vision to reduce the risk of blinding of DME.
