氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗心肌梗死的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of myocardial infarction

目的探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗心肌梗死的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月—2016年1月乌鲁木齐市中医医院收治的心肌梗死患者80例,按照入院编号单双数分为研究组与对照组,各40例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予阿司匹林治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、左室射血分数(LVFE)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)峰值及肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)峰值水平,观察两组患者心律失常、心绞痛、再发心肌梗死等心血管疾病的发生情况及冠状动脉再通、再闭塞发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,LVFE高于对照组,CK-MB峰值、c Tn T峰值低于对照组,心血管疾病发生率低于对照组,冠状动脉再通率高于对照组,再闭塞低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗心肌梗死的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,预防复发。

Objective To study the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of myocardial infarction. Methods From January 2013 to January 2016 in the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Urumqi 80 myocardial infarction patients were selected,according to the admission number single dual they were divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given basic treatment,control group was given aspirin treatment on the basis of it,study group were treated with clopidogrel treatment on the basis of the control,clinical effect,left ventricular ejection fraction( LVFE),creatine kinase isoenzyme( CK- MB) peak and troponin T( c Tn T) peak level,arrhythmia,angina,myocardial infarction,etc of cardiovascular disease occurrence and coronary artery recanalization,reocclusion occurred between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate,LVFE of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,the peak value of CK- MB and c Tn T peak were lower than the control group,cardiovascular disease incidence rate was lower than the control group,coronary artery recanalization rate was higher than that of control group,adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of myocardial infarction is exact,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and prevent recurrence.
