舒适护理对腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后疼痛及满意度的影响研究

Effect of comfortable care on postoperative pain and satisfaction of patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture

目的评估舒适护理对腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后疼痛及满意度的影响。方法选取2014—2015年南充市高坪区人民医院收治的162例腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各81例。对照组患者给予常规的腰椎压缩性骨折术后的护理,试验组患者给予舒适护理。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、止痛药物使用量及护理满意度。结果试验组疼痛程度轻于对照组,止痛药物使用剂量少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于腰椎压缩性骨折患者可缓解术后疼痛,降低患者止痛药物使用量,护理满意度高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comfortable care on postoperative pain and satisfaction of patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods A total of 162 lumbar vertebral compression fractures patients postoperative from 2014 to 2015 in the People's Hospital of Gaoping District were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,81 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care,the experiment group was given comfortable care. The degree of pain,pain medication usage and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the experiment group,the degree of pain and the dosage of analgesic drugs were less than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing applied to patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures can relieve postoperative pain,reduce the amount of pain medication,and has high nursing satisfaction.
