摘要
目的探讨定量组织速度成像技术在糖尿病患者左室舒张早期心肌松弛性功能中的应用。方法选取2013年4月—2014年4月南宁市第八人民医院收治的糖尿病合并左室肥厚患者32例设为试验组,选取同期体检的32例健康者为对照组。采用组织速度成像技术对患者左房室环与侧壁交界处测定左房室环舒张早期峰值运动速度和舒张晚期峰值运动速度等指标〔左前降支(LAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、室间隔厚度(IVS)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左心室心肌质量指数(LVMI)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、E、E/A、MEm、A、MAm、E/MEm〕,分析定量组织速度成像技术在糖尿病患者左室舒张早期心肌松弛性功能中的应用。结果试验组患者糖化血红蛋白、心率高于对照组,体质指数(BMI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者LAD、LVEDD、IVS、LVPW、LVMI、FS均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者E、E/A、MEm均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、MAm、E/MEm、TDI^Tei高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定量组织速度成像技术通过检测患者左房室环运动速度能够准确的反应糖尿病患者左室舒张功能。
Objective To explore the application of quantitative tissue velocity imaging in the early diastolic cardiac muscle relaxation in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From April 2013 to April 2014 in the Eighth People's Hospital of Nanning 32 diabetic patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were selected as the experiment group,during the same period of32 cases of healthy persons were selected as control group. Using tissue velocity imaging of patients with left atrioventricular ring and the side wall at the junction of the determination of left atrioventricular ring diastolic peak velocity of early and late peak velocity index 〔left anterior descending branch of the relaxation( LAD), left ventricular diastolic end diastolic diameter( LVEDd),ventricular septal thickness( IVS),left ventricular posterior wall thickness( LVPW),left ventricular mass index( LVMI),left ventricular short axis shrinkage( FS),E,E/A,Mem,A,,MAm,E/MEm〕,quantitative tissue velocity imaging in patients with diabetes left ventricular diastolic function in the early diastolic function were analyzed. Results In the experiment group,glycosylated hemoglobin,heart rate were higher than those of control group,BMI was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). LAD,LVEDd,IVS,LVPW,LVMI,FS of the experiment group were higher than the control group( P< 0. 05); LVEF between the two groups showed no significant differences( P > 0. 05). E,E / A,MEM of the experimentgroup were lower than the control group,A,MAm,E / MEm,TDI to Tei were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Quantitative tissue velocity imaging can improve the accuracy of left ventricular diastolic function in patients with diabetes by detecting left ventricular diastolic velocity.
