预见性护理干预在预防介入手术室患者跌倒坠床中的应用

The application of predictive nursing care in prevention of falling out of bed for patients in interventional operating room

目的观察预见性护理干预在预防介入手术室患者跌倒坠床中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1~12月笔者所在医院介入手术室行介入治疗的9 405例患者为观察组,对其进行预见性护理干预,将2013年1~12月行介入治疗的患者9 312例作为对照组给予常规护理,比较2组跌倒坠床发生率。结果观察组跌倒坠床发生率为0低于对照组的0.075%(7/9 312),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前认真评估、反复宣教、采取积极有效的防护措施,可有效降低患者在介入手术室跌倒坠床的发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of predictive nursing care in prevention of falling out of bed for patients in interventional operating room. Methods Selected 9 405 patients in interventional operating room from January to December 2014 as observation group. Selected 9 312 patients in interventional operating room from January to December 2013 as control group. Observation group was given predictive nursing care. The control group given routine nursing care. Compared the incidence of falling out of bed in 2 groups. Results The incidence of falling out of bed in observation group( 0) was higher than that of control group( 0. 075%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Careful assessment before surgery,repeated missionary and taking effective protective measures can effectively reduce the incidence of falling out of bed in interventional operating room.
