缬沙坦胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of valsartan capsules combined with ambrette capsule in treating diabetic nephropathy

目的观察缬沙坦胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法将80例DN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组在传统治疗基础上加用缬沙坦胶囊和黄葵胶囊治疗。对照组在传统治疗基础上加用缬沙坦胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效和治疗前、治疗后4、8、20周尿白蛋白量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者尿白蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第4、8、20周2组患者尿白蛋白水平均降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗DN可有效提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of valsartan capsules combined with ambrette capsule in treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases of each group. On the basis of traditional therapy,treatment group was treated with valsartan capsules combined with ambrette capsule,and control group was treated with valsartan capsules. The clinical effect and the adverse reaction between the two groups were compared. Urine albumin quantity of before treatment and after treatment for 4,8,20 weeks were respectively detected and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92. 5%,which was higher than 77. 5% in control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of serum albumin between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The levels of urinary albumin were decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P >0. 05). Conclusion Valsartan capsules combined with ambrette capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can heighten curative effect and shorten course of treatment.
