高原地区低分子肝素钙联合高压氧治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察高原地区低分子肝素钙联合高压氧治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法将44例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各22例。对照组给予常规内科治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予低分子肝素钙联合高压氧治疗,2组均给予足部溃疡局部处理。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血液流变学变化及不良事件。结果治疗组总有效率为95.4%高于对照组的77.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血浆黏度、全血黏度、血液屈服应力、RBC聚集指数、纤维蛋白原水平均低于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组用药后未出现皮肤及周围组织反应,无局部和全身过敏反应,整个治疗期间未出现消化道大出血或腹腔内脏器出血。结论高原地区低分子肝素钙联合高压氧治疗糖尿病足安全、疗效好。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of diabetic foot in plateau area. Methods 44 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 22 cases. Control group received conventional medical treatment; treatment group received low molecular heparin calcium combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of conventional medical treatment. Two groups were given with topical treatment of foot ulcers. The clinical efficacy,blood rheology and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group( 95. 4%) was significantly better than that of control group( 77. 3%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,yield stress blood,RBC aggregation index and fibrinogen were lower than before treatment and control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). No skin allergic and other adverse effects were appeared in two groups. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with hyperbaric oxygen is safe and effective in treatment of diabetic foot ulcers in plateau area.
