钠—葡萄糖协同转运蛋白-2抑制剂与酮症酸中毒 被引量：1

摘要 钠—葡萄糖协同转运蛋白-2(SGLT-2)抑制剂是一种新型的降糖药物。自2012年11月首个SGLT-2抑制剂药物达格列净上市以来,目前已有6种SGLT-2抑制剂相继上市。SGLT-2抑制剂主要通过抑制肾脏对葡萄糖的重吸收,加速尿中葡萄糖的排泄达到降糖目的,因不依赖胰岛素,所以其发生低血糖的风险较低。但SGLT-2抑制剂常见不良反应有低血糖、
