利福喷汀对初治肺结核患者IL-4、IL-6及TGF-β的影响研究

摘要 目的探讨利福喷汀对初治肺结核患者白介素4(IL-4)、白介素6(IL-6)及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的影响。方法选取2013年5月—2015年5月淄博市第一医院经胸部X线检查和痰菌培养确诊的痰涂阳初治肺结核患者70例作为研究组,随机选取同期70名体检健康者作为对照组。比较两组研究对象的IL-4、IL-6和TGF-β以及研究组采取利福喷汀治疗后IL-4、IL-6和TGF-β的变化。结果研究组患者IL-4、IL-6和TGF-β均高于健康对照组,研究组治疗后的IL-4、IL-6和TGF-β水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,痰涂转阴率为90%(63/70)。治疗后,痰涂转阴患者IL-4、IL-6水平低于未转阴者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利福喷汀治疗方案可有效调节患者的细胞因子水平,改善免疫功能,并可促进患者痰涂转阴,效果较理想。 Objective To investigate the effect on interleukin 4( IL- 4),interleukin 6( IL- 6) and transforming growth factor beta( TGF- beta) of rifapentine in the treatment of newly diagnosed patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From May 2013 to May 2015 in the First Hospital of Zibo 70 pulmonary tuberculosis patients confirmed by chest X- ray and sputum diagnosed smear positive were selected as study group,at the same time 70 healthy persons were randomly selected as control group. The IL- 4,IL- 6 and TGF- beta between the two groups were compared and after rifapentine treatment changes of IL- 4,IL- 6 and TGF- beta in the study group were observed. Results The patients in study group,IL- 4,IL- 6and TGF- P were higher than the healthy control group,after the treatment IL- 4,IL- 6 and TGF- beta levels of the study group were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,the sputum negative conversion rate was 90%( 63 /70). After the treatment,the sputum smear negative patients with IL- 4,IL- 6level were lower than non negative,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Rifapentine therapy can effectively regulate the cytokine level of patients,improve the immune function,and promote the patients with sputum smear negative,the effect is ideal.
