红花黄色素对缓解骨科术后患者肢体肿胀的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of safflower yellow on the relief of limb swelling after operation in the department of orthopedics

目的探讨红花黄色素对缓解骨科术后患者肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月—2015年12月沧州市人民医院骨科收治的四肢闭合性骨折并行切开复位内固定术的患者120例。随机分为对照组与试验组,各60例。对照组患者给予抗炎、抗凝等常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上加用红花黄色素氯化钠溶液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、用药7d、14d患肢肿胀度、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者患肢肿胀度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药7d、14d试验组患者肿胀程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率为1.7%,停用红花黄色素治疗后不良反应好转。对照组未见任何不良反应。结论红花黄色素可有效缓解骨科术后患者肢体肿胀。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of safflower yellow on the relief of limb swelling after operation in the department of orthopedics. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015 in the People's Hospital of Cangzhou Department of Orthopedics 120 patients treated with limbs closed fracture underwent open reduction and internal fixation were selected,which were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with anti- inflammatory,anticoagulant therapy,based on the control group,experiment group were treated with safflor yellow sodium chloride solution. Before treatment,drug use of 7d,14 d limb swelling,efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment limb swelling between the two groups showed no significant differences( P > 0. 05); drug use of 7d,14 d,the degree of swelling of experiment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in experiment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). In the experiment group,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 1. 7%,discontinuation of safflower yellow adverse reaction to turn for the better after treatment. The control group without any adverse reaction. Conclusion Safflower yellow pigment can effectively relieve postoperative patient' s limb swelling.
