孕前优生健康检查中泌尿生殖道支原体感染与耐药性分析

Genitourinary mycoplasma infection and drug resistance in eugenics health examination

目的了解河南地区孕前优生健康检查中泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药情况,指导临床合理用药。方法选取2013年12月—2015年1月于河南省人口和计划生育科学技术研究院接受孕前优生健康检查的对象标本1120例,对1120例泌尿生殖道标本进行支原体培养和12种药物的药敏试验,并对结果进行分类和统计学分析。结果1120例检测对象中检出支原体阳性585例,感染率为52.2%,其中解脲支原体(Uu)感染493例,感染率为44.0%,人型支原体(Mh)感染57例,感染率为5.1%,Uu+Mh混合感染35例,感染率为3.1%;从性别分析女性感染率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药敏试验结果显示,支原体对美满霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素敏感率均高达98%。对甲碸霉素、克林霉素的耐药率高达92%、93%。结论支原体感染在普通健康检查人群中感染率及耐药率已较严重,应提倡合理检查、加强耐药监测、规范合理用药。

Objective To understand the genitourinary mycoplasma infection and drug resistance in eugenics health examination,in order to detect clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 1120 specimens from December 2013 to January2015 in Henan Province Research Institute for Population and Family Planning were selected,which were culture mycoplasma and drug sensitivity test of 12 kinds of drugs,and the results were classified and statistical analysis. Results Mycoplasma-positive were 585 cases( 52. 2%) in 1120 cases of mycoplasma,the solution of urea mycoplasma from( Uu) infection were493 cases( 44. 0%),one type of mycoplasma( Mh) infection were 57 cases( 5. 1%),Uu and Mh mixed infection were 35cases( 3. 1%). Infection rate of women was higher than man( P < 0. 05). According to the results of drug sensitive test for azithromycin,doxycycline,josamycin sensitive rate were 98%. Prevalence of thiamphenicol azithromycin and clindamycin resistance were 92%,93%. Conclusion Mycoplasma infection in general health examination in the prevalence and resistant rate has been more serious,should advocate the reasonable inspection,strengthen the resistant monitoring and rational drug use.
