鼓膜成形术的临床应用效果观察

目的观察鼓膜成形术治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔和单纯慢性化脓性中耳炎术后的愈合率及听力指标变化情况。方法纳入医院2012年7月-2015年12月首次鼓膜成形术患者74例,外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者21例(23耳)为A组,慢性化脓性中耳炎患者53例(54耳)为B组。术后对比2组鼓膜愈合率和各频率气骨导差(ABG)。结果A组患者的鼓膜成形术愈合率低于B组(P<0.05);2组愈合患者术后听力平均ABG均较术前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯型慢性化脓性中耳炎鼓膜成形术鼓膜愈合率较外伤性鼓膜穿孔手术愈合率高,经鼓膜成形术后外伤性鼓膜穿孔和单纯慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的听力指标均发生好转。

Objective To observe the healing rate and hearing index changes of tympanoplasty in the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation and simple chronic suppurative otitis. Methods Selected total 74 cases of patients with myringoplasty in the first time from July 2012 to December 2015,21cases( 23 ears) of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation were set as group A,53 cases( 54 ears) of simple chronic suppurative otitis were set as Group B. The healing rate of tympanic membrane and the difference frequency of air bone conduction( ABG) were compared. Results The healing rate of tympanoplasty in group A was lower than that in group B( P < 0. 05). The mean ABG of two groups was significantly improved after operation,the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The healing rate of tympanic membrane in tympanoplasty of chronic suppurative otitis media is higher than that of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. The auditory indexes of patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation and chronic suppurative otitis media after tympanoplasty are improved.
