胰岛素类似物与重组人胰岛素多点注射治疗2型糖尿病的疗效研究

The effect of insulin analogue and recombinant human insulin injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的比较胰岛素类似物与重组人胰岛素多点注射治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2014年8月—2016年2月成都市第三人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者148例,按照随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组,各74例。观察组患者皮下注射胰岛素类似物(诺和锐30),对照组皮下注射重组人胰岛素(诺和灵30R)。比较两组患者治疗后血糖达标率、血糖达标时间、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、C-肽及餐后2h C-肽水平、不良反应发生情况及患者满意率。结果两组患者达标率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者血糖达标时间短于对照组,Hb A1c低于对照组,C-肽、餐后2h C-肽水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素类似物与重组人胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的效果均良好,患者血糖达标率高,不良反应少,而胰岛素类似物治疗2型糖尿病时患者血糖达标时间更短,且患者胰岛B细胞功能改善更好。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of insulin analogues and recombinant human insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 148 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from August 2014 to February 2016 in the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu,according to random and double blind patients were divided into observation group and control group,74 cases in each. The patients in the observation group were treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin analogues( novorapid 30),the control group were treated with injected with recombinant human insulin( Novolin30R). Two groups of patients after treatment, the standard rate of blood glucose, blood glucose reach the standard time,Hb A1 c,C-peptide and 2h postprandial C-peptide level,adverse reactions and patient satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared. Results Standard rate between the two groups showed no significant differences( P > 0. 05). In observation group,blood glucose reach the standard time was shorter than the control group,Hb A1 cwas lower than the control group,C-peptide,2h postprandial C-peptide levels were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The occurrence rate of adverse incidence between the two groups showed no significant differences( P > 0. 05). The total satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Recombinant human insulin and insulin analogues in the treatment of type 2 diabetes effects were good,have high blood glucose rate,less adverse reactions,and insulin analogues in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with blood glucose time shorter,and patients with islet beta cell function improved better.
