苯磺酸氨氯地平与马来酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的有效性和安全性研究

The efficacy and safety of benzenesulfonate amlodipine and maleate amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension

目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平与马来酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的有效性和安全性。方法选取2014年7月—2015年2月南漳县板桥镇中心卫生院收治的高血压患者150例,随机分为苯磺酸氨氯地平组、马来酸氨氯地平组和对照组,各50例。3组患者均给予降压饮食及合理运动等常规综合治疗,在此基础上苯磺酸氨氯地平组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,马来酸氨氯地平组给予马来酸氨氯地平治疗,对照组给予硝苯地平治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后24h动态血压水平、血压负荷值、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前后3组患者24h动态血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3组患者24h动态收缩压、24h动态舒张压水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗前后血压负荷值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3组患者血压负荷值低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。苯磺酸氨氯地平组与马来酸氨氯地平组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平和马来酸氨氯地平治疗高血压均有效、安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of benzenesulfonate amlodipine and maleate amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension. Methods From July 2014 to February 2015,a total of 150 hypertensive patients were selected in the Central Hospital of Banqiao Town,and they were randomly divided into benzenesulfonate amlodipine group,maleate amlodipine group and control group,50 cases in each. Three groups were given antihypertensive dietary and exercise rationality routine treatment,on the basis of routine treatment,patients in benzenesulfonate amlodipine group were given benzenesulfonate amlodipine,maleate amlodipine group were given maleate amlodipine,the control group was given nifedipine. Before and after treatment 24 h ambulatory blood pressure levels,blood pressure load values,clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results There were not statistically significant differences in 24 h ambulatory blood pressure levels among the three groups before and after treatment( P > 0. 05). After treatment,24 h dynamic SBP and DBP level of there groups were lower than before treatment( P < 0. 05). There were not statistically significant differences in blood pressure load values among the three groups before and after teeatment( P > 0. 05); after treatment,blood pressure load values of there groups were lower than before treatment( P < 0. 05). Total effective rate of benzenesulfonate amlodipine group,maleate amlodipine group were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). No one of the three groups occurred any obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Benzenesulfonate amlodipine and maleate amlodipine are both effective in the treatment of hypertension,and have high safty and reliable.
