非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者血清中CK-18水平检测的诊断价值及其与生化指标的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者血清中CK-18水平检测的诊断价值及其与生化指标的相关性。方法选取2014年10月—2016年6月九江学院附属医院收治的NAFLD患者168例为观察组,选择同期在本院进行体检的健康者160例为对照组,分别检测两组受检者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰胺转肽酶(γ-GT)、天门氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)等生化指标以及血清中细胞角蛋白(CK-18)的M30和M65片段水平。结果观察组患者血清γ-GT、AST、TG、LDL-C、FPG、M30和M65水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组受检者血清ALT、HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,血清CK-18 M30和M65水平与ALT、γ-GT、AST、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FPG呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清CK-18片段水平能够准确反映NAFLD患者的病变状态,且与生化指标水平呈正相关。
