甘精胰岛素联合格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with glipizide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取射阳县人民医院2015年1月—2016年2月收治的2型糖尿病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。患者入院后均给予对症处理,对照组患者给予甘精胰岛素联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组患者给予甘精胰岛素联合格列吡嗪片治疗,两组患者均持续治疗12周。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖,并观察比较两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论皮下注射甘精胰岛素联合口服格列吡嗪片治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切,可有效降低患者血糖水平,且不良反应少。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with glipizide in the treatment of type2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 70 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from January 2015 to February 2016 in Sheyang County People’s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group. Control group was given insulin glargine combined with metformin tablets,observation group was given insulin glargine combined with glipizide,both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Clinical effect,FPG and 2h PG before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,no statistical significant differences in FPG and 2h PG between the two groups( P > 0. 05); after treatment,FPG and 2h PG of observation group were lower than control group( P < 0. 05). Observation group of the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion It has an obviously effece of insulin glargine combined with glipizide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,can effectively reduce the patients’ blood sugar levels,and with less adverse reactions.
