麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的临床疗效

Clinical effect of shexiang baoxin pill in the treatment of coronary disease

目的探讨麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取海安县肿瘤医院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的冠心病患者82例,按用药不同将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上口服麝香保心丸,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者心绞痛治疗效果、心电图检查结果改善情况及主要不良心血管事件发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),心电图检查结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者主要不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病疗效良好,可有效缓解患者心肌缺血、缺氧症状,明显改善心电图检查结果,预防血栓形成,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of shexiang baoxin pill in the treatment of coronary disease.Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with coronary disease were selected from March 2014 to March 2015 in Hai’an Tumour Hospital,which were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment,41 cases in each group. Control group was treated with conventional therapy,observation group was treated with shexiang baoxin pill on the basis of the control group,two groups of patients were treated for 2 weeks. The treatment effect of angina,improvement situation of ecg examination results and major adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the angina treatment effect and the improvement situation of ecg examination results of observation group were better than control group( P < 0. 05),the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events of observation group was significantly lower than control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shexiang baoxin pill on the basis of conventional therapy have an obviously clinical effect in treatment of coronary disease,it can effectivity alleviate myocardial ischemia symptoms with hypoxia,greatly improve the ecg examination results of patients and prevent incidence of thrombosis,with good safety.
