中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of fractures technique of traditional chinese medicine combined with parasitic tonga subtraction in the treatment of lumbar disc prolapse

目的探究中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年井冈山市第二人民医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者68例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组患者给予常规中医骨伤手法结合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者临床症状,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of fractures technique of traditional chinese medicine combined with parasitic tonga subtraction in the treatment of lumbar disc prolapse. Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse were selected from 2015 in the Second People's Hospital of Jinggangshan City,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group. Control group was treated by routine fractures technique of traditional chinese medicine combined with ibuprofen sustained release capsule,observation group was treated by fractures technique of traditional chinese medicine combined with parasitic tonga subtraction. The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Fractures technique of traditional chinese medicine combined with parasitic tonga subtraction in the treatment of lumbar disc prolapse has an exact effect,can obviously improve patients' clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
