摘要
目的分析桂产藿香蓟水提物的急性毒性,测定半数致死量(LD50)及最大给药量,为进一步研究桂产藿香蓟提供理论和实验依据。方法采用不同浓度的桂产藿香蓟水提物对小鼠进行实验,测定其LD50,观察小鼠存活情况。以桂产藿香蓟水提物的最大灌胃体积和最大浓度对小鼠进行灌胃给药,24 h内连续给药2次,观察小鼠给药后一般毒性症状及饮食、体质量变化,测定其最大给药剂量(MTD)。结果实验小鼠未出现死亡,不能测出桂产藿香蓟水提物的LD50,MTD为200. 56 g生药/kg。各剂量(包括MTD)对小鼠无急性毒性作用。结论桂产藿香蓟水提物对小鼠无明显毒性作用,安全性高。
Objective To study the acute toxicity of water extract of Ageratum Conyzoides. L. from Guangxi on mice,and to determine LD50 and the maximum dosage to provide the basis for further development and research. Methods The mice were tested with water extracts of different concentrations of Ageratum Conyzoides,and LD50 was measured to observe the survival of the mice. The mice were intragastrically administered with the maximum volume and the maximum concentration and were continuously administered twice within 24 hours to observe the general toxicity symptoms,diet,and body weight changes,and to calculate the maximum dose( MTD). Results There was no death in the experimental mice,and the LD50 of water extracts of Ageratum Conyzoides. L. from Guangxi could not be measured,the MTD of acute toxicity was 200. 56 g/kg. All the doses( including the MTD) had no acute toxicity in mices. Conclusion The water extracts of Ageratum Conyzoides. L. from Guangxi is of no acute toxicity,which are relatively safe.
