肺癌149例临床特征分析

Analysis of clinical characteristics of 149 cases of lung cancer

目的分析肺癌患者的发病年龄、病理类型和临床特征等。方法调查分析2017年在医院就诊的原发性初诊肺癌患者149例,对性别、年龄、吸烟史、病理类型、临床症状等进行统计分析。结果 149例患者以男性居多,男性多数有吸烟史,但总体吸烟率与既往研究相比显著下降,病理类型以腺癌居多,特别是女性以腺癌为主,女性鳞癌极少。临床症状以咳嗽最为多见。结论重视肺癌的临床特征,重视对肺癌患者的筛查,同时采取有效的治疗,有利于改善患者的预后。

Objective To analyze the age,pathological type and clinical features of patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 149 patients with primary lung cancer in the hospital in 2017 were investigated and analyzed. The sex,age,smoking history,pathological type and clinical symptoms were statistically analyzed. Results The majority of 149 patients were male,and most of them had smoking history. However,compared with previous studies,the overall smoking rate decreased significantly. The pathological types of lung cancer were adenocarcinoma,especially adenocarcinoma,female squamous cell carcinoma was rare,and cough was the most common clinical symptom. Conclusion Pay attention to the clinical characteristics of lung cancer and the screening of lung cancer patients,and take effective treatment,which can improve the prognosis of patients.
