糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of mometasone furoate cream combined with captopril ointment in treating chronic eczema and neurodermatitis

目的探讨糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取郫都区人民医院皮肤科2016年6月—2017年6月收治的慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎患者110例,根据就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者给予糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予卡泊三醇软膏治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后皮损面积及湿疹严重指数(EASI)评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者皮损面积、EASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组皮损面积小于对照组,EASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,缩小皮损面积,缓解病情,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mometasone furoate cream combined with captopril ointment in treating chronic eczema and neurodermatitis.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic eczema and neurodermatitis were selected from June 2016 to June 2017 in the Department of Dermatology,Pi Du People's Hospital of Chengdu,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the order before and after treatment,55 cases in each group.The control group were treated with mometasone furoate cream,and the observation group were treated with capotetriol ointment on the basis of control group,both groups were continuously treated for two weeks.The clinical effect and lesion area,severity index of eczema(EASI)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences in the lesion area or EASI score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of lesion area was smaller than control group,EASI score was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mometasone furoate cream combined with captopril ointment have an exact clinical effect in treating chronic eczema and neurodermatitis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,reduce the area of skin lesions,alleviate the condition,and promote early recovery of patients.
