地佐辛复合舒芬太尼在老年腹部手术中的麻醉效果

Anesthetic effect of dezocine combined with sufentanil in elderly abdominal operation patients

目的探讨地佐辛复合舒芬太尼在老年腹部手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取成都市郫都区人民医院2016年3月—2017年9月收治的老年腹部手术患者106例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各53例。对照组术中给予舒芬太尼,研究组给予地佐辛复合舒芬太尼麻醉。比较两组患者术后6、12 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、镇静评分,并观察两组患者术后不良反应发生情况。结果术后6 h,两组患者VAS评分、镇静评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12 h,研究组患者VAS评分低于对照组,镇静评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼复合地佐辛在老年腹部手术患者中的麻醉效果确切,可进一步提高镇痛镇静效果,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of dezocine combined with sufentanil in elderly abdominal operation patients.Methods A total of 106 cases of elderly patients underwent abdominal operation were selected from March 2016 to September 2017 in Pi Du District People's Hospital of Chengdu,which were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,53 cases in each group.The control group was given sufentanil,study group was given dezocine combined with sufentanil.The VAS scores,sedation scores after operation of 6,12 h were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results After operation of 6 h,no siginificant differences of VAS scores or sedation scores was found between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation of 12 h,the study group of VAS scores was lower than control group,sedation scores was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with sufentanil have an exact effect in elderly abdominal operation patients,which can further improve the analgesic and sedative effects,and with high safety.
