摘要
目的比较计算机断层扫描(CT)与磁共振成像(MR)检查鉴别鞍区肿瘤类型的临床价值。方法选取2016年4月-2017年9月医院收治的鞍区肿瘤患者78例,所有患者均进行CT及MR平扫和增强扫描,并对其影像学结果和病理学结果进行对比分析。结果 CT和MR在肿瘤类型的检测方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CT与MR扫描的漏诊率和误诊率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MR诊断鞍区肿瘤检出率稍微高于CT检出率,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),垂体腺瘤和脑膜瘤的MR检出率显著高于CT检出率,颅咽管瘤MR检出率明显低于CT检出率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由于不同肿瘤的具体病理类型不同,CT可显示鞍区肿瘤的高密度与钙化程度,MR可呈现多方位清晰画面且准确度高,两者在诊断鞍区肿瘤临床价值方面各有优劣,因此联合使用两种诊断方法可更好地提高鞍区肿瘤的准确率。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of CT and MR examination diagnostic identification sellar tumors.Methods A total of 78 patients with sellar tumors treated in the hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected.All patients underwent CT and MR plain scans and enhanced scans,and their imaging findings and pathological findings were compared.Determined the diagnostic value of both tests.Results There was no significant difference in the detection of tumor type between CT and MR(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis between CT and MR scans(P>0.05).The detection rate of MR in the sellar region was slightly higher than that in the CT,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The MR detection rate of pituitary adenoma and meningioma was significantly higher than that of CT,the MR detection rate of tube tumors was significantly lower than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Because of the different pathological types of different tumors,CT can show the high density and calcification of the tumor in the target area.MR can present a multi-faceted and clear image with high accuracy.Both have advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of clinical value of sellar tumors.Therefore,the combination of two diagnostic methods can better improve the accuracy of saddle area tumors.
