摘要 目的对比双源CT冠状动脉血管造影检查在不同管电压下冠状动脉的图像质量以及患者所接受的辐射剂量,评价低电压扫描技术在冠状动脉CT造影中应用的可能性。方法选取医院进行冠状动脉CT血管造影检查的患者共187例,以120 k V和100 k V管电压值随机分为2组,其他扫描参数不变,统计分析冠状动脉的图像质量及患者所受的辐射剂量。结果对比2组图像质量的主客观评分,120 k V组和100 k V组差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),在患者所受辐射剂量的对比中,120 k V组辐射剂量大于100 k V组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论双源CT在冠状动脉CT血管造影检查中2种不同的管电压对图像质量并无影响,并且100 k V低电压扫描技术可以降低患者所受的辐射剂量,值得推广应用。 Objective To compare the image quality and radiation dose of dual-source CT coronary angiography under different tube voltage,and to evaluate the possibility of low-voltage CT angiography in coronary angiography.Methods 187 patients who underwent coronary CT angiography were randomly divided into two groups according to 120 kV and 100 kV tube voltage values.The other scanning parameters remained unchanged.The image quality of coronary artery and radiation dose received by patients were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in subjective and objective image quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The radiation dose of 120 kV group was higher than that of 100 kV group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In dual-source CT angiography of coronary artery,different tube voltage has no effect on image quality,and 100 kV low-voltage scanning technology can reduce the radiation dose of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
