无创呼吸机在急性左心衰竭患者急诊急救中的应用效果

Application effect of non-invasive ventilator in emergency treatment of patients with acute left heart failure

目的探讨无创呼吸机在急性左心衰竭患者急诊急救中的应用效果。方法选取丰城市人民医院2017年1月—2018年3月收治的急性左心衰竭患者88例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组患者予以常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上应用无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组患者抢救疗效、生命指征情况[心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)]。结果研究组抢救总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组呼吸频率、心率、MAP和SpO2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组呼吸频率、心率低于对照组,MAP、SpO2高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者出现呼吸机面罩漏气、鼻部皮肤压红、口鼻干燥等并发症,但症状均较轻微。结论无创呼吸机在急性左心衰竭患者急诊急救中的应用效果良好,可提高患者抢救效果,改善其生命体征,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the application effect of non-invasive ventilator in emergency treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods A total of 88 cases of patients with acute left heart failure were selected from January 2017 to March 2018 in Fengcheng City People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and study group,44 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine therapy,the patients in study group were treated with noninvasive ventilator on the basis of the control group.The emergency effect,indicators of life(heart rate,respiratory rate,MAP,SpO2)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences of respiratory rate,heart rate,MAP or SpO2 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group of respiratory rate,heart rate were lower than control group,MAP,SpO2 were higher than control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the complications such as ventilator mask leakage,nasal skin pressure red,dry mouth and nose were accured and mild.Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator have a good effect in emergency treatment of patients with acute left heart failure,it can promote the rescue effect of patients,improve vital signs,and with high safety.
