优质护理在胆总管结石微创手术治疗患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing care in patients with choledocholithiasis treated by minimally invasive surgery

目的探讨优质护理在胆总管结石微创手术治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016—2017年在都昌县中医院行微创手术治疗的胆总管结石患者102例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予优质护理。比较两组患者术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及护理满意度。结果术后1、2 d,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在胆总管结石微创手术治疗患者中的应用效果较好,可提高患者护理满意度,缓解疼痛程度。

Objective To explore application effect of high quality nursing care in patients with choledocholithiasis treated by minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 102 cases of patients with choledocholithiasis treated by minimally invasive surgery were selected from 2016 to 2017 year in Duchang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,51 cases in erch group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in observation group were given high quality nursing.The visual analogue score(VAS) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After operation of 1,2 d,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has better effect in patients with choledocholithiasis treated by minimally invasive surgery,it can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,and relieve the degree of pain.
