青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗癌性发热临床效果观察

Clinical value of artemisia annua turtle shell soup in treating cancerous fever

目的观察青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗癌性发热的效果。方法抽取癌性发热患者170例,随机分为研究组和对照组各85例,研究组给予青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗,对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,比较2组临床疗效、白细胞计数、生活质量、满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为90.59%高于对照组77.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组白细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组白细胞计数均下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生理健康、社会功能、物质生活及躯体健康评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗满意度为95.29%高于对照组的84.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.4156,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为1.18%低于对照组的8.24%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.7222,P<0.05)。结论青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗癌性发热效果较好,能有效降低白细胞水平,提高患者生活质量和满意度,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of artemisia annua turtle shell soup in treating cancerous fever.Methods 170 patients with cancerous fever were randomly divided into research group(85 cases) and control group(85 cases).The research group was given the treatment of artemisia annua turtle shell soup,and the control group was given ibuprofen sustained release capsule,the clinical efficacy,white blood cell count,quality of life,satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group(90.59%) was higher than that of the control group(77.65%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in white blood cell count between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the white blood cell counts of the two groups decreased,and the research group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical health,social function,material life and physical health scores of the research group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the research group(95.29%) was higher than that of the control group(84.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.4156,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group(1.18%) was lower than that in the control group(8.24%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.7222,P<0.05).Conclusion Artemisia annua turtle shell soup has significant effect on cancer fever and less side effects,it can effectively reduce the number of white blood cells and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
