3种抗癫痫药物血药浓度监测结果分析

Analysis of serum concentration of three antiepileptic drug

目的对我院3种抗癫痫药物血药浓度监测结果进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用系统回顾性调查方法,对我院2017年1-6月3种抗癫痫治疗药物的血药浓度监测结果进行分析。结果 21例使用抗癫痫药物的监测患者,共监测抗癫痫药物26例次,在有效血药浓度范围内的监测结果共11例次,占总数的42.3%。卡马西平在正常血药浓度范围例次最多,丙戊酸钠和苯妥英钠达有效血药浓度例次较少。结论我院血药浓度监测结果多数不在正常血药浓度范围内,通过血药浓度监测,对临床调整用药方案,提高药物疗效,促进合理用药有一定的意义。

Objective To analyze the results of blood concentration monitoring of three kinds of antiepileptic drugs in our hospital,in order to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods The results of blood drug concentration monitoring of three antiepileptic drugs in our hospital from January to June 2017 were analyzed by a systematic retrospective investigation.Results Of the 21 patients who used antiepileptic drugs,26 times were monitored,and 11 cases were monitored within the range of effective blood drug concentration,accounting for 42.3% of the total.Carbamazepine was the most common drug concentration in normal blood,and valproate and phenytoin were lower.Conclusion Most of the results of blood drug concentration monitoring in our hospital are not within the normal range of blood drug concentration.It is of certain significance to adjust the drug use plan,improve the curative effect and promote the rational use of drugs by monitoring the blood drug concentration in our hospital.
