Foley′s尿管与米索前列醇对足月妊娠引产促宫颈成熟效果比较

Clinical comparison of Foley′s urinary tube and misoprostol on induction of labor to induce cervical ripening in full-term pregnancy

目的比较Foley′s尿管与米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的有效性及安全性。方法选取医院2015年1月-2016年12月收治的需要引产的孕妇200例,根据引产方式不同分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组使用Foley′s尿管引产,对照组使用米索前列醇。对比2组促宫颈成熟效果、分娩方式、诱发临产时间、第一产程时间及产后出血量。结果观察组促宫颈成熟总有效率93.00%高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组处理均能促进阴道分娩,观察组经阴道分娩率为78.00%高于对照组的61.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组诱发临产的时间、第一产程时间及产后出血量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Foley′s尿管对足月妊娠引产经济、安全、有效,可降低剖宫产率,适用于基层医院。

Objective To compare the effectiveness and the safety of Foley′s urine tube and misoprostol used in full-term pregnancy induced labor.Methods 200 pregnant women who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled.According to the different methods of induction of labor,they were divided into observation group and control group,each of 100 cases.Observation group was induced by Foley′s catheter,and control group was treated with misoprostol.Compared the promote cervical ripening effect,mode of delivery,induced labor time,first stage of labor and postpartum hemorrhage of two groups.Results The total effective rate of cervical ripening in observation group was 93.00% higher than 78.00% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups of treatments can promote vaginal delivery.The vaginal delivery rate in observation group was 78.00% higher than 61.00% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of induction of labor,the first stage of labor and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Using Foley′s urine tube in full-term pregnancy induced labor is economical,safe and efficient,and it can reduce the rate of term pregnancy,which is appropriate for primary hospital.
