磁性附着体在口腔修复中的应用效果

Application effect of magnetic attachment in oral restoration

目的探讨磁性附着体在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法选取成都市第二人民医院口腔科2016年4月—2017年4月收治的行口腔修复患者65例,均采用磁性附着体进行口腔修复。比较患者治疗前后牙齿固定力、咀嚼有效率、口腔满意度评分,并观察患者并发症发生情况。结果治疗后患者牙齿固定力、咀嚼有效率、口腔满意度评分高于治疗前(P<0.05)。患者并发症发生率为4.61%。结论磁性附着体在口腔修复中的应用效果良好,可有效提升患者牙齿固定力、咀嚼有效率及患者口腔满意度,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the application effect of magnetic attachment in oral restoration.Methods A total of 65 cases of patients with oral restoration were selected from April 2016 to April 2017 in Chengdu Second People’s Hospital,all patients were treated with magnetic attachment.The dental fixation,masticatory efficiency,oral satisfaction score before and after treatment were compared,and the complications were observed.Results After treatment,the dental fixation,masticatory efficiency and oral satisfaction score were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications was 4.61%.Conclusion Magnetic attachment has an obviously effect in oral restoration,it can effectively improve the teeth fixation,masticatory efficiency and oral satisfaction of patients,and with higher safety.
