解郁合欢汤加减治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效

Clinical effect of modified Jieyu Hehuan Decoction in treating post-stroke depression

目的探讨解郁合欢汤加减治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法选取永定区中医院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的中风后抑郁患者76例,采用摸球法分为对照组和研究组,各38例。对照组患者给予盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用解郁合欢汤加减治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、证候评分及抑郁症状改善疗效、中医证候改善疗效,并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者HAMD评分、证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者HAMD评分、证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者抑郁症状改善优良率、中医证候改善优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解郁合欢汤加减治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的抑郁症状及中医证候,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Jieyu Hehuan Decoction in treating post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with post-stroke depression were selected from March 2017 to March 2018 in Yongding District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and research group by touching balls,38 cases in each group.Control group were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,research group were treated with modified Jieyu Hehuan Decoction based on control group,both groups were continuously treated for 2 courses.The scores of HAMD and syndromes before and after treatment and the effects of improving depressive symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant differences in HAMD score or syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the research group of HAMD score and syndrome score were lower than control group(P<0.05).The research group of the improvement rate of depressive symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Jieyu Hehuan Decoction has an exact clinical effect for post-stroke depression,which can improve depressive symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of patients,and with higher safety.
