品管圈活动在减少医院门诊中成药不合理使用中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle activities in reducing unreasonable use of Chinese patent drug in Outpatient Department of hospital

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在减少医院门诊中成药不合理使用中的应用效果。方法随机抽取如东县人民医院门诊2016年6月—2017年6月中成药处方2 600张。根据《处方管理办法》《中成药临床应用指导原则》中医药理论知识及中成药使用说明书,运用QCC活动分别对不规范、不适宜与超常规用药进行分析、点评,分析不合格处方情况。结果 2 600张处方中,合格处方2 240张,占总处方的86.15%;不合格处方360张,占总处方的13.85%。不合格处方主要表现为不规范处方、用药不适宜处方及超常处方。结论中成药处方不合理使用存在多方面问题,临床通过开展QCC活动,分析、点评不合格处方,可促进临床合理用药。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in reducing unreasonable use of Chinese patent drug in Outpatient Department of hospital.Methods 2 600 prescriptions of Chinese patent drug were randomly selected from June 2016 to June 2017 in Outpatient Department of Rudong County People’s Hospital.According to theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and the instructions for the use of Chinese patent drug of'Prescription Management Measures''Guiding Principles for Clinical Application of Chinese Patent Medicines',QCC activities were used to analyse and review the non-standard,unsuitable and ultra-conventional prescriptions,and unqualified prescriptions were analyzed.Results Of the 2 600 prescriptions,2 240 were qualified,accounted for 86.15%of the total prescriptions;360 unqualified prescriptions,accounted for 13.85%of the total prescriptions.The main manifestations of unqualified prescription were irregular prescription,unsuitable prescription and abnormal prescription.Conclusion There are many problems in the unreasonable use of the Chinese patent drug,QCC activities can promote the rational use of drugs in clinic according to analyse and evaluate the unqualified prescription.
