某三甲医院门诊患者用药现状分析

Analysis on outpatient drug use present situation of a 3A hospital

目的通过分析医院门诊处方,了解门诊患者用药现状,提出相应整改建议,进一步提高合理用药水平。方法随机抽取医院2017年门诊处方1 200张,统计门诊药物使用基本情况,分析不合理处方。结果合理处方1 111张占92.58%;不合理处方89张占7.42%,主要表现在选药不适宜、重复给药、用法用量不适宜、配伍不适宜等方面。结论门诊患者用药基本合理,但尚需进一步采取措施,体现PDCA循环管理法,提高合理用药水平,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To understand outpatient drug use present situation through the analysis of the outpatient prescriptions,then put forward the corresponding recommendations,further improve the level of rational drug use.Methods 1 200 cases of outpatient prescriptions randomly in 2017 were selected,count the outpatient drug use basic situaition,and analyse the irrational prescriptions.Results The sampled prescriptions were found to be rational was 1 111cases(92.58%),and irrational prescriptions was account for 89 cases(7.42%),appeared mainly as inappropriate drug selection、unnecessaryrepeated usages of drugs、inappropriate usage and dosage、inappropriate drug compatibility,etc.Conclusion The usage of drugs in outpatient clinic is rational as a whole,but still need to reflect PDCA circulation management to take further measures,then improve the level of rational use of drugs,to ensure the safety of patients with medication.
