痰热清注射液不良反应文献分析

Analysis of the literature on adverse reactions of Tanreqing injection

目的分析痰热清注射液药品不良反应(ADR)的规律和特点,为临床用药提供参考。方法检索1995年1月-2017年12月中国维普、中国知网、万方数据库和pubmed数据库收载的痰热清注射液引起ADR相关文献个案报道63例,对患者的一般情况、用药情况、ADR发生情况进行分析。结果痰热清注射液所致ADR 63例,男女比例接近。<10岁占比最高(25.40%)。ADR多发生于静脉滴注30 min以内。主要临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害、神经系统损害、呼吸系统损害。痰热清注射液所致ADR主要为过敏反应45例(71.43%),其中过敏性休克24例(38.09%)。结论临床医务人员应重视痰热清注射液的ADR,加强治疗监测,确保安全合理用药。

Objective To discuze the regularity and characteristics of Tanreqing Injection in adverse reactions in clinical use,and to provide reference for clinical drug use.Methods 63 cases of ADR-related literature caused by Tanreqing injection were reported from January 1995 to December 2017 in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and pubmed database,the general condition of the patient,the medication,and the occurrence of ADR were analyzed.Results Among the 63 cases of ADR cases caused by Tanreqing injection,the proportion of men and women was close,and the proportion of patients aged below 10 was the largest(25.40%).The incidence of ADR mostly occurred in the intravenous infusion within 30min.The main clinical manifestations are skin and its accessories and systemic damage,nervous system damage and Respiratory system damage.The ADR caused by Tanreqing injection was mainly allergic reaction in 45 cases(71.43%),including 24 cases of anaphylactic shock(38.09%).Conclusion Clinicians should pay attention to the ADR of Tanreqing Injection,strengthen the monitoring of therapy,and adhere to the rational application.
