间歇导尿对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量的影响

Effect of intermittent catheterization on quality of life in postoperative patients with cervical cancer

目的分析宫颈癌术后膀胱功能障碍患者进行间歇导尿时担心的问题及满意度。方法采用自制问卷对行清洁间歇导尿≥2个月的宫颈癌术后患者32例进行调查。结果 56.25%患者表示间歇导尿提高了其生活质量;与留置导尿相比,96.88%患者更倾向于间歇导尿。结论间歇导尿能有效进行膀胱管理,提高患者生活质量及术后满意度。

Objective To understand the concerns and satisfaction of intermittent catheterization in patients with bladder dysfunction after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 32 patients with cervical cancer who underwent intermittent clean urine catheterization for two months or more were investigated by self-made questionnaire.Results 59.25%of patients said intermittent catheterization improved their quality of life,and 96.88%of patients were more likely to have intermittent catheterization than indwelling catheters.Conclusion Interstitial urethral catheterization can effectively manage the bladder and improve the life quality and postoperative satisfaction of patients.
