硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性疾病的临床观察

Clinical observation of aerosol treatment with salbutamol sulfate in wheezing diseases children

目的观察硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性疾病的效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年12月医院收治的小儿喘息性疾病患儿80例,根据治疗方法不同分为2组,对照组38例采用常规治疗,观察组42例在对照组治疗基础上给予硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,比较2组疗效及患儿恢复情况。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%高于对照组86.84%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.308,P<0.05)。观察组患儿喘息缓解、肺啰音消失及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性疾病效果较好,患儿肺功能得到改善,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of aerosol inhalation of salbutamol sulfate in the treatment of children with wheezing diseases.Methods 80 cases of children with wheezing diseases treated from January 2016 to 2017 in the December hospital were selected,according to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,the control group(38 cases)was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group(42 cases)was given aerosolized inhalation of salbutamol sulfate on the basis of the control group,the efficacy of the two groups and the recovery of the children were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(86.84%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.308,P<0.05).The disappearance time of rale,symptom relief time and hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation of salbutamol sulfate in the treatment of children with wheezing disease is better,and the lung function of the child is improved,which is worthy of clinical application.
