小剂量戊酸雌二醇联合给药器预防老年性阴道炎复发的效果观察

Effect of low-dose estradiol valerate combined with drug delivery system on prevention of recurrence of senile vaginitis

目的观察小剂量戊酸雌二醇联合给药器预防老年性阴道炎复发的效果。方法抽取医院收治的老年性阴道炎患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予以常规药物甲硝唑治疗,观察组给予小剂量戊酸雌二醇联合给药器给药治疗。观察2组治疗效果、治疗2、4个月后的复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94. 29%,高于对照组的57. 14%(P <0. 01);观察组治疗后2、4个月后复发率均低于对照组(P <0. 05);2组患者均遵医嘱治疗,故均未出现明显不良反应。结论小剂量戊酸雌二醇联合给药器能够有效降低老年性阴道炎的复发率,减轻患者痛苦,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of low dose estradiol valerate combined with drug delivery system in preventing the recurrence of senile vaginitis.Methods 70 cases of senile vaginitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole and the observation group was treated with estradiol valerate in combination with a drug delivery device.The therapeutic effect,recurrence rate and adverse reactions after 2 or 4 months of treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 57.14%of the control group(P<0.01).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 2 and 4 months after treatment(P<0.05).Both groups were treated according to doctor’s advice,so there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Low-dose estradiol valerate combined with drug delivery system can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of senile vaginitis and alleviate the pain of patients,which has high clinical value.
