米氮平联合艾司唑仑治疗女性睡眠障碍的临床效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析女性睡眠障碍患者采用米氮平联合艾司唑仑治疗对睡眠质量的影响。方法选取女性睡眠障碍患者46例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组23例。对照组予艾司唑仑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用米氮平治疗,比较2组治疗前后睡眠质量及不良反应发生率。结果相较于对照组,观察组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分较低,睡眠总时间较高,觉醒次数较低,睡眠效率较高(P <0. 01);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论米氮平联合艾司唑仑治疗女性睡眠障碍,可促进睡眠改善,减少不良反应发生,治疗安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
