小剂量雌激素及孕激素替代治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of low-dose estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy for perimenopausal syndrome

目的探讨小剂量雌激素及孕激素替代治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取高县人民医院2015年3月—2018年3月收治的围绝经期综合征患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组患者予以常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用小剂量雌激素及孕激素替代治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评分,观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者WHOQOL-100量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者WHOQOL-100量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量雌激素及孕激素替代治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效确切,可提高患者生活质量,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of low-dose estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy for perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected from March 2015 to March 2018 in Gaoxian People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and research group,according to random number table,45 cases in each group.The control group were given routine treatment,while the research group were given low dose estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy based on the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the scores of WHOQOL-100 before and after treatment were evaluated.The adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of WHOQOL-100 scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of WHOQOL-100 scale in the research group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-dose estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy is effective for perimenopausal syndrome,it can improve the quality of life,and with high safety.
