布地奈德联合氨溴特罗治疗急性气管炎的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of budesonide combined with ambroxol in treatment of acute tracheitis and its influence on immune function

目的分析布地奈德联合氨溴特罗治疗急性气管炎的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年10月-2017年10月医院收治的急性气管炎患者87例的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组44例和对照组43例。其中对照组患者给予雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上给予口服氨溴特罗治疗。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效及免疫功能指标。结果治疗组患者治疗后的临床治疗总有效率为97.73%明显高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后的IgA、IgG、IgM水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合氨溴特罗治疗急性气管炎效果较好,可明显改善患者的免疫功能指标,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of budesonide combined with ambroxol in treatment of acute tracheitis and its effect on immune function.Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with acute tracheitis admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into treatment group(n=44)and control group(n=43)according to different treatment methods.Patients in control group were treated with nebulized budesonide,while patients in treatment group were treated with ambroxol on the basis of control group.The efficacy and immune function of two groups after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment after treatment in treatment group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than 72.09%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of budesonide combined with ambroxol in treatment of acute tracheitis has a very good effect,significantly improve the immune function of patients with indicators,with a high application value.
