中学教职工慢性病药物治疗依从性相关影响因素及干预措施

Influential factors and interventions for compliance of chronic disease medications among middle school faculty and staff

目的分析中学教职工慢性病药物治疗依从性相关影响因素及对策。方法选取2016年6月-2017年12月江苏省启东中学进行药物治疗的慢性病患者110例,根据依从性评判标准对药物治疗情况评价,对可能的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果治疗依从性差60例(54.55%),依从性好50例(45.45%)。Logistic回归分析中学教职工慢性病药物治疗依从性相关影响因素:缺乏慢性病知识(OR=4.79,95%CI:1.43~22.48)、对医疗水平不信任(OR=4.33,95%CI:1.50~21.84)、存在药物不良反应(OR=3.80,95%CI:1.18~19.39)、高职称教职工(OR=3.42,95%CI:1.20~17.56)。结论中学教职工慢性病药物治疗依从性差,影响因素复杂,通过慢性病知识健康教育、提高医疗水平、用药指导、建立用药跟踪制度提高依从性。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures of compliance with chronic drug treatment in middle school faculty and staff.Methods 110 patients with chronic diseases in Qidong middle school from June 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled,the drug treatment status was evaluated according to the adherence criteria,and the logistic regression analysis was performed on the possible influencing factors.Results Treatment compliance was poor in 60 cases(54.55%),and compliance was good in 50 cases(45.45%).Logistic regression analysis of factors affecting compliance with chronic drug treatment among middle school faculty and staff:lack of knowledge of chronic diseases(OR=4.79,95%CI:1.43~22.48),distrust of medical level(OR=4.33,95%CI:1.50~21.84),there are adverse drug reactions(OR=3.80,95%CI:1.18~19.39),high-level teaching staff(OR=3.42,95%CI:1.20~17.56).Conclusion Middle school staff have poor compliance with drug treatment for chronic diseases,and the influencing factors are complex.Through health education on chronic diseases,improvement of medical level,drug guidance,and establishment of drug tracking system to improve compliance.
