难治性低钾血症伴醛固酮增高晕厥1例

摘要 患者,男,85岁,农民,以'胸闷、咳嗽、咯痰1周,晕厥1次'为主诉入院。患者1周前受凉后出现胸闷、咳嗽、咯黄痰,伴口干、乏力,于当地诊所输液治疗2 d(具体不详),症状好转;5 d前外出再次受凉后胸闷症状加重,伴随症状同前,遂于当地医院住院3 d,咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷好转出院。因患者持续有口干、四肢乏力,1 d前就诊于某医院门诊给予药物治疗,当天晚上(约18:00)服药后出现恶心、呕吐,遂停用.
