呼出气一氧化氮检测在婴幼儿喘息的临床应用现状和展望 被引量:3

摘要 婴幼儿喘息是一种常见的气道慢性炎性疾病,因多种炎性细胞共同作用导致,常见炎性细胞有嗜酸性粒细胞、T淋巴细胞及肥大细胞等。肺功能检查是现阶段临床评估哮喘控制效果的常用手段之一[1],能客观对患者呼吸道阻塞情况进行评估,以便于临床对哮喘患儿气道炎症变化情况进行准确判断,是及时诊断和治疗儿童支气管哮喘的重要方法,但对年龄<6岁,特别是<4岁的幼儿,因检查配合性差,导致相关检查工作难以开展,因此开展一项适用于幼儿的检测技术具有重要意义[2]。
