转化医学——搭建药物研发临床前到临床研究的桥梁 被引量:2

摘要 转化医学是当今医疗领域发展的热门领域,对医药领域的产生发展有重大的影响。转化医学通常又称转化性研究,是将科研与临床连接起来的思维过程,比喻为基础医学与临床应用之间的桥梁[1],其应用范围广泛,重点会加快以下领域的进程:新型的生物标志物在疾病检测中的应用、分子分型的个体化治疗、药物研发、疾病治疗的评估和预测[2]、预防医学等。相比于传统的药物研发模式,转化医学具有明显的优势,在科研学术领域、医药工业领域、政府单位之间产生联系.
