喹硫平与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症急性期兴奋激越临床疗效的比较研究

Comparative study on the efficacy of quintiapine and haloperidol for acute agitation of schizophrenia

目的比较喹硫平与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症急性期兴奋激越的临床疗效。方法选取成都市第四人民医院2015年6月—2018年6月收治的精神分裂症急性期兴奋激越患者78例,根据用药治疗方法不同分为A组与B组,各39例。A组患者予以喹硫平治疗,B组患者予以氟哌啶醇治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗第1、7、14天阳性及阴性症状量表-兴奋因子分量表(PANSS-EC)减分值,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第1、7、14天,两组PANSS-EC减分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组不良反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论喹硫平与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症急性期兴奋激越的疗效相当,均能有效缓解患者临床症状,但喹硫平用药安全性较高。

Objective To compare the efficacy of quintiapine and haloperidol for acute agitation of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 78 cases of patients with acute agitation of schizophrenia were selected from June 2015 to June 2018 in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Chengdu,which were divided into A group and B group according to the different treatment methods.A group was treated with quintiapine,B group was treated with fluorouracol.Clinical effect,PANSS-EC subtract value after treatment of 1,7,14 days were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment of 1,7,14 days,there was no significant difference between the two groups of PANSS-EC subtract value(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in A group was lower than B group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quintiapine and haloperidol have the same efficacy for acute agitation of schizophrenia,it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,but the safety of the medicine is high.
