内镜下药物喷洒与内镜下金属钛夹联合止血钳治疗上消化道出血临床效果的比较研究

A comparative study of the efficacy of endoscopic drug spraying and endoscopic titanium clip combined with hemostatic forceps for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的比较内镜下药物喷洒与内镜下金属钛夹联合止血钳治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法选取成都市青白江区人民医院2017年4月—2018年4月收治的上消化道出血患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组患者给予内镜下药物喷洒治疗,试验组患者采取内镜下金属钛夹联合止血钳治疗。比较两组患者临床效果,住院时间和隐血转阴时间,并两组患者观察并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者总有效率高于对照组,住院时间、隐血转阴时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与内镜下药物喷洒相比,内镜下金属钛夹联合止血钳治疗上消化道出血的临床效果确切,可缓解患者临床症状,缩短住院时间、隐血转阴时间,且安全性较高。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of endoscopic drug spraying and endoscopic titanium clip combined with hemostatic forceps for upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from April 2017 to April 2018 in Chengdu Qingbaijiang People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with endoscopic drug spraying,while the experimental group were treated with endoscopic titanium clip combined with hemostatic forceps.The clinical efficacy,hospitalization time and occult blood negative conversion time of the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of complications was observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the hospitalization time and occult blood negative conversion time were shorter than the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with endoscopic drug spraying,endoscopic titanium clip combined with hemostatic forceps has definite clinical efficacy in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding,alleviating clinical symptoms,shortening hospitalization time and occult blood negative conversion time,and with high safety.
