摘要 目的分析江苏大学附属医院2018年药品不良反应(ADR)报告。方法回顾性分析江苏大学附属医院2018年通过国家ADR监测报告系统上报的224例ADR报告类型,导致ADR的给药途径,ADR报告患者性别、年龄分布情况,导致ADR的药品种类,ADR累及器官或系统及其临床表现。结果 (1)导致ADR的给药途径中静脉滴注占比最高,其次为口服药;男性高于女性,0~18岁的未成年人占比最高,其次为50~60岁老年人。(2)224例ADR报告中,导致ADR的药品有13类80种,其中抗感染药占比最高,其次为肿瘤用药;皮肤及附件累及最多,其次为全身性系统。结论未成年人及老年人是ADR的易发人群,为减少ADR的发生,医护人员应根据患者病情合理选择药物,严格控制用法用量,尤其是抗菌药物,尽量减少静脉滴注药物,降低ADR的发生。 Objective To analyze the ADR report of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University in 2018.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 224 ADR cases reported by the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University in 2018 through the National ADR Monitoring and Reporting System,the route of administration leading to ADR,the sex and age distribution of patients reported by ADR,the types of drugs leading to ADR,the organs or systems involved by ADR and their clinical manifestations.Results(1)Intravenous drip accounted for the highest proportion of ADR administration routes,followed by oral drugs;males were higher than females,and minors aged 0-18 accounted for the highest proportion,followed by the elderly aged 50-60.(2)Among 224 ADR cases,there were 80 kinds of drugs in 13 categories,among which anti-infectives accounted for the highest proportion,followed by cancer drugs,skin and appendages involved the most,followed by the whole body system.Conclusion Minors and the elderly are susceptible to ADR.In order to reduce the occurrence of ADR,medical and nursing personnel should select drugs reasonably according to the patient’s condition,strictly control the usage and dosage of drugs,especially antibiotics,and minimize intravenous drip of drugs,so as to ensure the safety of drug use,reduce the occurrence of ADR.
